This secure sever utilises industry-standard Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all your personal information including debit or credit card number, name and address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet.

Protx has achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). They adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that our customer's details remain secure throughout the transaction process.

All transaction information passed between merchant sites and the Protx VSP Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you enter on Spoiled Brat can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

No individuals within Protx or Spoiled Brat are able to decrypt transaction information or cardholder data. Your transaction information and customer card information is secure even from our own employees because our systems never display the full card numbers, even on administration screens.

We need to be 100% sure we know our customers identity, before we send goods out. Please do not be offended if we request further ID from you, it is just to keep ourselves right. If we request ID & do not recieve a response within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled & refunded in full.

All fraudulent transactions, will be investigated in full (including declined transactions). All will be passed to the police & all details will be given to the police; phone number, address etc. We will press charges on anyone who carries out fradulent card payments on our site and will look to pursue for damages.

Authorisation of a transaction by whatever method does NOT guarantee payment. Authorisation will only check the availability of funds and that at the time of the transaction, the card has NOT been reported lost or stolen. Additional checks will be made, as appropriate before we release any goods.
