The Summer of 2000 brought one of the loveliest things ever into my world, my son Gabriel. One year on and inspired by him, no added sugar was born.
Feeling there was a gap for edgy babywear, a small range of T-shirt samples were produced and I set about driving across London showing these to my wish list of credible stores. The response was so phenomenal that the fun-little-pastime I had created soon became fierce competition for the attentions of Gabriel.
After years of throwing extravagant fashionable parties with my husband and partner Ric, under the mantle of Pushca, no added sugar was always going to have it's own strong identity and energy. The show-off mood of these parties has translated into our designs, ethos and ambitions for the brand.
Now into our seventh year and another baby, Lucien, lighting up our lives, together we have passionately grown no added sugar from a small baby range to an extensive luxurious range from 0-8years.
We take great pride in offering original designs, made to a very high standard in Portugal, and in producing our own quality fabrics. We are constantly striving to improve on all that we do both in products and service.
Our collections continue to grow and we excitedly work towards offering the no added sugar style across a full range of clothing to include sleepwear, swimwear and accessories to all ages. This has been possible with the recruitment almost two years ago of our designer Florence Beal who came to us from Paul Smith and who now heads up the no added sugar design team. We’re going as fast as we can!
We are delighted to be stocked in the world's premier stores, from Selfridges, Harrods and Harvey Nichols in the UK, to Fred Segal, Kitson, Nordstrom and Holt Renfrew in the US and Canada. We also stock hundreds & hundreds of really beautiful independent shops across the world.
